  1. Credit Refunds: In instances where students plan to rebook lessons, you can cancel any scheduled lessons that have been booked from single or block bookings (not Trial lessons or Lesson Offers) and return the corresponding credits to their account directly.

Once a monetary refund is initiated and processed, the funds will typically take a few days to return to the student’s payment card. This timeframe can vary depending on the student's bank or payment provider.
