Press “Forgot your password?”
Enter your registered email address in the “Email address” box. This will be the email address you used when you signed up for an account
Press the “Reset my password” button
You will receive an email to your registered email address, sent from [email protected]. If you don’t receive an email within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder
In the email, press the “Create new password here” button and the “Create/reset password” page will open
Enter your registered email in the “Your email” box
Enter your new password in the “Enter your new password” box
Re-enter your new password in the “Confirm your new password” box
Press the “Reset password” button

Not working?:
If you still have issues accessing your account, check your cookies and browsing history. Sometimes a device can automatically pre-populate an old password. Clear your history and this may solve the issue. If not, please contact support at [email protected].
