Option 1: Use a Different Email Address - Choose another valid email address you control and use it to create your teacher account.
Option 2: Close Your Existing Student Account - Reach out to [email protected] to request account closure. Once closed, you can reuse the same email address for your teacher profile.
Unfortunately, the same email address can’t be used for both a student and a teacher account as we need to keep the details independent from each other. This separation allows MusicTeachers.co.uk to manage both student and teacher profiles more effectively, ensuring that account-related processes remain distinct.
If your choice is to close your student account, you can send us an email at [email protected] and we can close this for you. As soon as it is closed, you can start your new Teacher's profile. Alternatively, consider whether you have another accessible and valid email that could instantly resolve the issue without requiring account closure.
