This article looks at amending your personal details and instruments/subjects taught. If you would like information on amending details such as your prices and teaching locations please follow the instructions for navigating your account.
How can I amend my personal details?
Desktop
Sign into your account. From your top navigation bar press 'Settings' and then on the lefthand sidebar, 'Personal details'. Press ‘edit’ to amend the information, then ‘save’ to retain it.
Mobile
Sign into your account. Press the menu button, Settings then 'Personal details'. Press ‘edit’ to amend the information, then ‘save’ to retain it.
We hold the following information in the personal details section of your account which can be amended:
Display Name
First and Last Name (please email support to do this)
Postcode
Address
Telephone number
Email address
Gender
Instruments and subjects taught. There is space to show all instruments/subjects and, if there are any that are not available on our list, please email us at [email protected] with a request to add these for you
