It is important to keep your teaching locations up to date within your profile for several reasons:
It will help to maximise the number of student enquiries you receive.
It will help ensure you only receive enquiries from students in relevant locations.
It will ensure the correct details are shown to the student when the lesson has been booked.
You can check and update your teaching location from within your account.
Press 'Settings' on your top navigation bar, then 'Teaching locations'. You can then choose from the options 'online', 'at your home', 'at student's home' or 'at studio' by clicking the Add new location button. When adding a studio location, ensure all necessary details are filled in the Studio fields provided. If desired, you can also toggle off your home address for privacy so that only the selected teaching locations are visible to students.
You can add as many locations as you feel would be helpful and these are displayed on both your search card and full profile. Additionally, you have the option to hide your home address in the settings, ensuring privacy while still displaying your preferred teaching locations such as a studio or other alternatives.
Once you have saved the option, you can check your profile by using your profile link on your dashboard to ensure the map and location details are correct.
