This article explains how to log into your student account. If you’ve contacted a teacher, you will have created a student profile in the process. If you haven't registered yet, you can create a free account here.
How to log in (desktop)
Go to musicteachers.co.uk
Press Login in the top right corner
Enter your registered email address in the Email address box (not case-sensitive)
Enter your password in the Password box (case-sensitive)
Press Login
How to log in (mobile)
Go to musicteachers.co.uk
Press the Menu icon in the top right corner
Press Login
Enter your registered email address in the Email address box (not case-sensitive)
Enter your password in the Password box (case-sensitive)
Press Login
I've forgotten my password
Press Forgot your password? on the login page to start a reset. For the full step-by-step, see our guide to resetting your password.
My account is locked
If you've entered the wrong password 5 times, your account gets locked for security. Email us at [email protected] to request an unlock. Once unlocked, we recommend resetting your password using the Forgot your password? link.
Why isn't my newly reset password working?
Your browser or phone may still be auto-filling your old password. You might not notice because the password field fills in automatically. Try clearing the field and typing your new password manually. If that fixes it, go to your device's saved passwords settings, find the entry for musicteachers.co.uk, and update or delete the saved password.
