Where do I find my personal details?
Go to My Account.
Click User information in the menu on the left.
Which details can I change?
All the information that you've entered upon registration can be edited from this menu. They are:
First and Last Name
Date of Birth
Email address
Telephone number
Address
Postcode
City
Gender
Profile picture
How to change your personal details
Click Edit.
Change your details.
Click Save.
Your changes aren't saved until you click Save.
Why keep your details up to date?
We and your teacher use your contact details to send you lesson reminders, receipts and messages. If your email or phone number is out of date, you might miss changes to your lessons or important information about payments. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up-to-date.
How do I change my payment card?
Payment card details are kept separately from your personal details. Read our guide to updating your payment card details.
