When you choose to pay for your lessons using an instalment plan, the dates of these instalments are calculated:
The 1st payment is due on the day of purchase.
The 2nd and subsequent instalments are due on the first of the month.
If your first payment is taken between the 1st and 20th day of the month, the next instalment will be taken on the 1st of the next month.
If your first payment is taken on or after the 21st day of the month, the next instalment will be taken on the first day of the following month
This is to help students not face two instalments close together.
Schedule example
Student James purchases a block of 20 lessons on the 13th of May. He chooses to spread the cost over five monthly instalments. His instalment dates will be:
The 1st is taken on the 13th May
The 2nd instalment is due 1st June
The 3rd instalment is due 1st July
The 4th instalment is due 1st August
The 5th instalment is due 1st September
2. Student Amir purchases a block of 20 lessons on 23rd May. He chooses to spread the cost over three monthly instalments. His instalment dates will be:
The first instalment is taken on the 23rd May
The 2nd instalment is due 1st of July
The 3rd instalment is due 1st of August
When and where am I notified of these dates?
You are notified of your instalments dates in several places:
When you made your purchase the date of your 2nd instalment was displayed to you on the payment screen under the 'Due now' text. In this example, our test student is due to pay £179.94 just now and their next monthly instalment of £179.94 is due on 1st August.
2. You are sent an email 3 days before your instalment is collected to ensure you are aware and able to arrange available funds. This is sent to the email address you use to log into your student account.
3. This information is held within your student account. Log into your account and click on 'My Account' which is located on your top navigation bar. Next click on Purchases to view past and upcoming instalments.
