You can also buy lesson blocks via the teacher’s profile on Musicteachers.co.uk - remember to log in first. It is always best to discuss which lesson block to purchase with your teacher before you make your choice.
Lesson blocks can be purchased as a single lesson or in blocks of 5, 10, 20 or 40 lessons. The larger the block, the less you pay per lesson.

Can lesson blocks be used for different teachers?
No, a lesson block is only valid for the teacher it was purchased with. If you have lessons left on your lesson block and would like to change teachers, you can contact support at [email protected], and we will process any refund due.
Can my children share a lesson block?
Yes, they can, as long as they go to the same teacher and have the same lesson length. Choose a lesson length that matches each child's lesson so the lesson credits can be used independently if needed.
How long is a lesson block valid?
40 blocks: Lessons can be used within 18 months from the date of purchase, refundable for a further 12 months.
All other blocks - single lessons, 5, 10 and 20 blocks: Lessons can be used within 12 months of purchase, refundable for a further 12 months.
Can a lesson block be refunded if not used?

Why do lesson blocks expire?
Lesson blocks have an expiry date because, when purchased, you lock in your lesson price and the teacher’s pay per lesson. Without an expiry date, teachers risk being paid a wage that hasn't kept up with the increase in costs and inflation.
What happens if the teacher raises their prices?
The price you paid when you bought your lesson block is fixed, and your lessons will remain valid even if the teacher raises their prices. If you have opted for an automatic renewal, this will transition to the new price at the next purchase.
