How to pay for your lessons

This guide shows you how to pay for lesson blocks, single lessons, trial lessons and lesson offers, and what to do if a payment doesn't go through.

How do I pay for lessons?

Your purchase depends on the product you choose.

  • Single lessons and Blocks of lessons can be bought at any time, but only your teacher can add them to your calendar.

  • Lesson Offers and Trial lessons are booked by the teacher, after which you will receive a link to payment.

You don't book lessons yourself.

  • You agree the details with your teacher, and they then add the lessons to your calendar.

  • You pay for them in your student account.

You must pay for every lesson before it takes place.

  • If payment is not completed, the lesson will be automatically cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. This ensures fair practice and efficient time management for both teachers and students.

  • Lessons created inside the 24-hour window bypass that cutoff, but payment is still due before the lesson. If these are not paid prior to the lesson, the teacher is not required to teach it.
