Before you start
Agree the lesson details with your teacher first. Send them a message through the contact form so you know when they're available and what length of lesson suits you both.
How to use a discount code or gift voucher
Open the purchase screen in one of these ways:
Tap Confirm next to a lesson your teacher has already added to your calendar
Tap Purchase lessons next to your teacher's picture on your Dashboard
Choose a single lesson or a lesson block.
If your teacher hasn't already booked a lesson for you to confirm, select the lesson length you agreed together.
On the payment page, open the Discount Code drop-down directly above the Summary.
Enter your code.
Check that the discount has come off the total, then finish paying.
What happens if my code is worth more than my purchase?
The leftover balance isn't lost. We automatically email you a new code for the remaining amount, and you can use it on a future purchase.
Can I use more than one code per purchase?
No. You can only use 1 discount/gift code per purchase. If you have more than 1 code, please send us an email at [email protected] advising us of the codes you have and request they are amalgamated into one.
